Objective: Replace all existing devices such as temperature control devices, timers, loop controllers with PLC based control system. Inspect all necessary control loop drawings and modify to incorporate PLC based control system.

Responsibilites: Acted as integral part in assessing changes for K-Filter System Upgrade. Modified electrical schematic and hardware to reflect planned engineering meetings and discussions. Redesigned loop diagrams using Power Draft CAD system. Redesigned various rack configurations to incorporate DH+ networks, and ethernet connections. Helped modify new control room layout, according to company standards. Changed the functionality of numerous analog output and input loops to be more efficiently controlled, by Allen-Bradley PLC5 and Factory Link (MMI).
